In 2020, I was experienced with emotions, excessive worry, fear, stress, hypertension, imagination in future, body shaking, and terrifying sensations. I began to think I had a serious illness like cancer, heart attack, negative thoughts, I thought I was dying. I began to feel depressed and got worried about past situations that happened in my life, constantly worrying while eating, swallowing, talking, sleeping and walking. My battle is still not finished, it’s going on…..

I have consulted the doctor, he had told me that it was because of anxiety disorder. He advised me to start antidepressant medicine. I have started deep breathing exercises and taking a healthy diet like fiber, protein, salmon fish, etc. It may reduce the emotions and feelings.

 I am so grateful that my parents, husband and my children have their continued support to overcome my anxiety.

My advice is that, Always keep your mind busy. If anyone feels anxiety try to overcome by doing any work as your hobby or you like to do.
